Workshop Program
The Love My Boys Workshop Program is made up of 8 counselling workshops, which each take a biblical-centered approach to tackle the main facets of emotional trauma in men.
Workshop #1: What Happened?
Workshop #2: Baggage
This session helps participants to take the first steps coming to terms with their past experiences and accepting them. By acknowledging what happened, men can begin the journey towards healing and growing past it.
We will work together with participants to identify and unpack their emotional baggage, understanding how these unresolved issues control their lives. The session focuses on taking the initiative to resolve these heavy burdens for a healthier emotional state.
Workshop #3: Understanding Emotional Trauma
Together, we will delve into the physical and emotional impacts of trauma. Participants will gain detailed insights into how trauma manifests in their lives and use this to further the process of healing.
Workshop #4: The Weight of Unforgiveness
This session thoroughly explores the heavy toll of unforgiveness on health, well-being and the progress of your own personal growth. By understanding and practicing forgiveness, participants will take a large step towards peace and improved mental health.

This workshop is focused on striving for betterment and addresses the side effects of trauma and encourages making better choices when it comes to tackling it. Participants will learn practical strategies for coping and moving forward.
This session provides tools and techniques to understand and manage anger. Participants will learn to channel their anger constructively and reduce its negative impact on their lives.
We dive into the dynamics of domestic violence, its effects, and methods to address and prevent this problem. This session aims to foster a safe and supportive environment for healing and change.
This final session emphasizes the importance of self-worth and self-respect. Participants will learn to recognize their inherent value and cultivate a positive self-image, laying the foundation for lasting emotional well-being.
